Application fee per applicant: $65
Administrative fee: $250
Security Deposit/Holding Deposit: $300 standard
Security Deposit - Additional: Half month's rent
Security Deposit - Maximum: Full month's rent
Pet Fee - Non Refundable: $200 per pet (max 2)
Pet Security Deposit refundable: $200 per pet
Monthly pet fee per animal: $30
Storage - Small: $50
Storage - Large: $75
Garage Floors 1-4: $100
Garage Top Floor: $50 (1 space included with unit)
Garage Tag: $75
Apt. Key: $10
Mailbox Key: $10
Building Access & Amenity Fob: $75
Water and Sewer: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Utility Billing Fee: $2.50
Valet Trash: $25
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
NSF Fee: $30
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the third (3) of the month, is $50 on the fourth.
Termination Fee: Equivalent to one-month base rent
Apartment Transfer Fee: $300
Liability Insurance if renter's insurance policy lapses: $13.22

Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 35 lb each | One time Fee $200

Rent $30 | Deposit $200

Comments: Nonrefundable fee of $200 per pet due at move-in. Refundable deposit of $200 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 35 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Element 25 is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
